Same. Been eating keto/low carb for over a year. I eat about 18 eggs a week. Dietary cholesterol is fine. Afaik, the only consistent correlation for most people between arterial scarring and plaque, heart disease, and high blood cholesterol is being fat and having excess abdominal fat. The dietary culprits for most people are sugar and alcohol. For me, it was clearly sugar. That is the only thing I stopped eating entirely. I am no longer overweight.
