What's the best meal I can cook with this kind of motherfuckers?

not really a meal but stuffed mushrooms make a great side dish.
1:clean the "motherfuckers" NOTE dont use water to clean

3: remove mushroom stems
4: stuff sausage into caps
5: cook in oven at 350 for 15 min
6: use stems in shepards pie for meal

place on a hot pan low heat let sit for 7 mins then take off garnish with salt or dip in ponzu/grated daikon

or throw em in miso soup or any soup really

1. preheat a pan with some fat.
2. toss those fuckers in.
3. wait until you think they're about to lose their last liquids.
3. put in some risotto rice and stir until all liquid is gone.
4. put in the needed amount of stock for the rice (follow instructions, google it)
5. mix in some hard cheese like parmesan or peccorino.
5.5 spice it up as you like.
6. serve.
