What are some ones you want to try? What are the sauces that pull off being very hot but tasty at the same time? Or just shill your favorites.
i unironically love sriracha
this is my favorite widely available hot sauce
>mfw I came here specifically for a hot sauce thread and it's at the top of the first page
>mfw my Hispanic coworkers say tapatio is too spicy
Anyone tried Buy the Farm's sauces? Pretty delicious. The smoked pepper and herb sriracha made the best chicken soup I have ever had.
I'm more of a coffee/beer snob than a hot sauce snob, so I like Cholula. It's flavorful and available almost anywhere in the US. Even Waffle House.
I've been considering making my own, I found a farm nearby that sells carolina reapers in the summer so I can adjust the heat level to my liking

Why can't browns handle heat like us whites, the true master race?
Texas Pete, it's the best hot sauce. Sometimes a bit too hot but that's what two cold glasses of milk are for to cool down the taste buddies!

Forgot the "scoop off scum from top every 3 to 7 days" step, but that's no issue
