Let me tell you a story on why the cashew is not in fact the best.

At 10 years old, I received a can (16 Oz iirc) of roasted salted cashews. At the time, I loved cashews. So, what does a 10 year old do with access to a snack they like?
Eat the whole fucking thing in a 3 hour span.

Never been so sick off something without it being food poisoning.

11 years later and I still can't even stand the smell of cashews.
