I added too much milk and the cheese & noodles didn't melt together. But it's dinner, I can't throw it out, is it possible to salvage it?

Strain it all out then put it back in the pan/pot with more cheese?

Boil it some more until the water evaporates. If you have some corn starch, carrageenan, or xanthan gum, throw some of that in there as most of the water evaporates. Put some butter in there too pham.
