Any Greeks here? I was wondering what spices do you generally use for your meats? Followed some recipe online but it wasn't as flavorful as the Greek food I had from Papa Cristos, a place here in Southern California.
Oregano, thyme, nutmeg, rosemary, parsley, dill weed 420, pepper, moderate amounts of Hungarian paprika, cumin, cloves

This anon has it pretty much right. My family also uses cinnamon pretty liberally in beef based dishes like postitso and quite a bit of garlic too.
I've never heard of Hungarian paprika though.
