I just eat broccoli, peppers and onion most of the time. Fruit is pretty weak if you're going for a food coma.

I've been eating pink lady apples and red pears

Bananas are dry and probably helped your dry mouth get dryer I would have gone with more juicy or fruits like mango and grapes oranges melons you get the gist

Fruits that I can cram in my mouth without getting juice everywhere are great. So apples, peaches, plums, mango, melon, and berries. Especially strawberries if they are in season.

well they're both just sugar in different forms. Fruit has the benefit of containing vitamins but so does a multivitamin pill with none of the sugar

fiber just passes through you, the only benefit of fiber is that it keeps your poops healthy, scrapes out your intestines, and doesn't count for calorie intake. It doesn't benefit you nutritionally like vitamins and minerals do, it just keeps your pipes working regularly

i'm neither fat nor american, but i'd still like to taste that stuff at least once in my life. i really need to visit the states once i'm done with uni and not broke anymore, and eating some jerky is on my to do list when over there
