This is a kind of sausage invented in Central Victoria, Australia.
Austrian/italian recipe which uses chinese ingredients due to availability. Tasty as shit, best sausage.

City chicken was pretty popular in the Rust Belt when I was growing up. Don't see too many people eating it anymore. Supermarkets would even make prepackaged kits with cubed pork and skewers all ready to go, just assemble and cook.
