Don't. Just don't eat until you're hungry. Retrain your body to know what hunger actually feels like by doing a fast, then just wait for that feeling and eat until you're satiated.

This whole 'three meals a day' bullshit needs to stop. It decreases food quality because people don't have enough time to cook three times a day and makes people consume too many calories.
