Roast chicken with parsely, sage, Rosemary and thyme. Egg and bread stuffing with the same herbs. Gravy from the juices and pan drppings. Sweet potato, potato, carrot, pumpkin, onion all roasted in garlic, salt and olive oil. Maybe some steamed broccoli, cauliflower, peas, corn and green beans on the side.
