>tfw I have an overly sensitive stomach, thereby some of the foods I eat don't sit well with me at all
Is this common with other people? Which foods should I eat to avoid this? Should I go to a doctor or something? Note that I'm relatively healthy, exercise regularly, and at least three liters of drink water everyday.

depends on your triggers. Avoid high acid foods, and too much starch. You may want to go to a doctor. Try 2 weeks of Omeprazole first to see if it clears up.

I hope those three liters of water aren't tap water

You shouldn't get your medical advice from a Laotian shadow puppet board.

But they are, friend. What's the matter?

I'd try this first. No overeating/gorging, just normal or light meals, no alcohol, switch out coffee for tea, and fruit juice for fruit, and include soothing foods like morning oatmeal, bananas as your main fruit choice, rice as your starch, easy on the bread and protein based, less fatty choices for how the protein is cooked. See if you get above it all back to normalcy within a couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, take a look at the Low FODMAP diet to rule out some kind of IBS where food is the trigger, and when you dine out, think about staying away from the most of the undesirable high fodmap food list. If you start to notice you do better on meals or days you eat the good list foods, and avoid the bad list foods, then maybe you're onto something.
