Unagi far and away.
Next though, I really like salmon roe and and the classic tuna. The sushi joint I always go to has tako, but it's always hit and miss. Sometimes it's almost as good as unagi, other times it's fucking rubber.

Only nigiri is good.

Sake, Hamachi, Saba nigiri every time and then whatever roll I feel like at the time.

Tako, Sake, Hamachi, Unahi and Philadelphia rolls.
