I'm interested in your suggestions.

Make some Kheema. I usually go full pleb and just buy a spice mix from the Pajeet outlet, but you can make your own spice blend.
Here's a quick recipe that looks decent
>1 lb ground beef
>3 tbsps vegetable/ canola/ sunflower cooking oil
>1 tsp cumin seeds
>2 medium-sized onions chopped fine
>1 tbsp garlic paste
>1 tbsp ginger paste
>2 tbsps coriander powder
>1 tbsp cumin powder
>1 tbsp garam masala
>Salt to taste
>2 medium-sized tomatoes chopped fine
>Juice of 1/2 a lime/ lemon

Rice dressing.
Sauté onion, bell pepper brown the ground meat. If it's lean don't drain. Put your raw rice in when the grains turn white add beef stock or beef base. Salt black and red pepper to taste.
Variation clean and dice a few chicken livers and brown with beef. Use chicken base or stock and a can of cream of celery or mushroom soup.
