I've made Jack White's leaked guac recipe twice and it's damn fucking good. Something about leaving the avocado cubed gives it a nice touch.

My mom brought "guac" to a potluck at christmas.

It was mashed up avocado and some "guacamole seasoning in a packet" filled with salt, dehydrated tomato/onion, garlic powder, citric acid, etc.

All of my wut. This from someone who can make candy and bake with ease, following recipes with extremely sensitive temperature/timing. Someone that has no problem making toffee or baking bread, but somehow can't cut tomatoes and onions?

I can make a party-sized portion of guac in 10 minutes for under $5 and drink other people's beer to recoup the loss
