Hello /ck/
My throat is super fucked and the doctor told me to avoid eating hot food. Only cold/chilled food.
Since it's winter I'm struggling having decent ideas.
Do you have any good cold/chilled recipe with winter ingredients? I only have a small refrigirator so most frozen ingredients are out of the window...

All cooked food if allowed to sit for half an hour becomes cold food...

This. Really any kind of consistent-textured soup works really well cold. Potato soup, tomato soup, etc.
OP posted hummus and I would suggest that there's loads of middle eastern food that works really well cold. Hummus, baba ganoush, ful medames, etc. Have with pita or other flatbreads, salad, and various kinds of pickles if your throat can handle it.
