I'm mad. It's been a month since I last cooked a meal, despite all these things I want to try and make. But everyone in my family is so damn finicky. My dad refuses to eat any meat that isn't chicken or turkey. My brother only eats pizza or burgers. And my mom has just given up. All she does is order out or bring home pre made food. I just want to cook some good food, but they won't let me!

Just got in a fight with my dad. I wanted to try and make something different for dinner--roast duck. He's angry because he says I'm making more work for him, and he doesn't want that kind of crap on the weekend, and that if I want to make something like that I should use my own money, which I don't have any and he knows that.

It just sucks that they hate any meat that isn't fucking white meat. I can't have pork, beef, bison, duck, or anything else. I'm practically living the vegan life style.
