what mixes well with cheap gin? Looking to get plastered later tonight
Beefeater plays nice with pretty much everything, any recipe that calls for london dry gin should work great. Even a martini.

Not looking to make an actual drink, was thinking of just grabbing a bottle of sprite on the way out to a party and mixing it with gin. Very basic but I assume it shouldn't be too bad

Get ginger ale then. Gin and ginger is a pretty classic mix.
Gin is by far the worst tasting of the liquors. Energy drinks mask the flavor better than anything. Red Bull, Monster etc... (diet of course)

Oh, I see you're at the "I haven't had babby's first gin eew gin is so yuckee" stage.
Next stage after this is "I only drink Hendricks, it's not like the other gins omg u should totally try it"
That will annoy your friends for a while, then you'll start raving about genever and stupid shit like that.
Eventually you realize that london dry is still the best style and you were wrong to question it.

add tonic and a squeeze of lemon/lime and it'll taste like grapefruit

Just get some tonic

This.
'Babby's first' posters are cancer.
OJ & Grapefruit
Tonic and Lime, to second another anon.
If you're feeling a little fancy, Rose's Lime Juice in a 2:1 ratio.
The end by the doors playing and a loaded revolver

Grapefruit soda.
Make the classic mix yourself.

Anything sweet tastes disgusting with gin.
Tonic and ginger ale have already been suggested, bitter lemon works very well too
