I've got a bunch of leftover beef stew my mom made and it's not bad, but it's really bland. I think she put in some thyme with the chicken stock (and then added beef not chicken, for some reason) and that's the only spices.

What can I add to it? It's potatoes/onions/carrots/beef chunks in a chicken stock.

Personally, OP I would add copious amounts of onion powder and add some frozen peas, but my tastes are individual to me.
