Today I eat alone and I don't know what can I cook for myself.
Do you have any idea? It don't have to be easy, I have some skills in the kitchen.
If I decide to do what you propose to me I will upload photos while I cook it

Make some chili. Just fry some ground beef, throw in onions, sweet and hot peppers and garlic, deglaze with some good beer and crushed tomatoes and simmer it for a while.
You can also add beans or corn, but don't let anyone on this board know.
What do you have in your house

I will start cooking in about half hour and upload what I do. It's fun for me, I've done it a few times in /ck/

Ok, for the recipe I will use:
1 chicken breast
To tarnish the chicken:
1 egg
Some flour
Sesame (black and white) and sunflower seeds.
Some parsley
For the rosti potatoes:
3 Small potatoes
Some mozzarella cheese
Some Reggianito cheese
Olive oil
Water
For the tomatoes sauce:
15 cherry tomatos
One garlic glove
Olive oil
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Until now I've boiled the potatoes for 10-13 minutes. It's important to do this to prepare rosti potatoes or it will have a starchy taste. You have to wait until te potatoes are cold to use them so I put them on the fridge. I will scratch them later.
I've also prepared the tarnish for my chicken breast.
To do it I put some flour, the mix of oat and seeds and the egg with some parsley in separted bowls.
Then I put the chicken breast in the egg, then in the flour, egg again and then in the mix of seeds.

Boy, that sounds appetizing as hell.
Now I've sliced the tomatoes in halfs and the garlic in brunoise. Nothing very complicated. Then I will cook them with some olive oil in a pan for a while.
I've also scratch the potatoes and they look like pic related.
