I'm on the lookout for tasty vinegars just because.
So far, thoroughly enjoy pic related. It has a slight sweetness to it compared to other vinegars in addition to this particular brand having considerably more acidic bite compared to others.
It's also not as "syrupy" as the more traditionally aged balsamic vinegars.
What are some other kinds/brands that are similar? Only other things I've had are white distilled and apple. The particular maker of the apple kind (Heinz) was far too acidic for me.

Unless you're onto some pure snobbish, "I only enjoy it because it costs $50 for 12 oz." type enjoyment of food.
