Its used as a base for a lot of sauces. I dont think many people use it on its own

I love an extra dash or two for my Bloody Mary.

If you're not making your hamburgers with this you're missing out on a key ingredient.

I put some in my ground beef when I make hamburgers. It's no dipping sauce, but it's a good unique flavor for certain things.
