Reminder: seeds and nuts are great. they're very healthy and good snacks.

Try Sesame seeds (can incorporate in dishes, or eat raw)
Almonds. Very healthy, easy snack.
Pumpkin seeds (without shell). Delicious raw or roasted
(not nut/seed) but dry Cranberries are also great.

These are easy to snack from and super healthy. they also help you avoid eating too much.

sesame seeds are godly.

almonds are tasty but I can't eat them anymore unless I want my acid reflux to come back with the force of a thousand suns.

pumpkin seeds are pretty ok.

cranberries aren't too bad but they can be hard on aging stomachs too.

well they definitely increase it for me. have tested this multiple times.

>>8415271
maybe, maybe not. apparently it depends on the individual, see
>>8415278
but my stomach was already kind of fucked and almonds just happen to be one of the things that set it off now.

just be careful when taking meds that are known to have long-term digestive side effects. don't take them any longer than you have to, no matter what your doc says.

The paper says that high fiber diets reduce acid reflux. Almonds have fiber. Therefore, one might conclude that almonds can reduce reflux. However, they've got fat, protein, and almond bullshit up in them and that can trigger your reflux depending on what's going on.
