I'd spice it as much as I could tolerate and maybe try a squirt of lime or lemon depending on what I'm using to spice it. If it's a vinegar-heavy sauce, I'd probably just do the hot sauce. Taste as you go and see what more it needs.

I've added some lime juice and a can of cream of mushroom to mellow it out a bit. It is better, but I think I am going to shoot a load of hot sauce in there. Thanks for the advice.

I've pretty much given up on having them resemble a traditional pasta in any form and am now making it more of a hotdish. I'm going to eat it either way because I'm poor and don't want to waste food, so now it's really just a matter of getting it to a point where I can tolerate it.

I usually do make my own sauce, but I got a good deal on these sauce packets a while ago and wanted to try something new. I'll probably use them to make BBQ sauce or something later, but I definitely won't use this shit for pasta anymore.
