Nothing.
It's just puff pastry.
Homemade gratin Dauphinois with top notch boudin (the blood sausage not the Cajun rice sausage).
Probably some quality Belgian beer or Bourgogne red wine.
Guests will probably bring some homemade French charcuterie.
Plate of French extra quality cheese (comté, cantal, St-Nectaire, hard goat cheese)
