The food service industry
- What really annoys you
- What really wins you over
For me, servers adding ice to everything automatically makes me think they barely know how to order a pizza and will add ice to my beer.
The best part of the service industry is that I know at least one cook in the kitchen or one server will be able to get me cocaine. I mean it pays to be loyal as I've had many drinks & meals bought for me.
>What really annoys you
For me, it's know where people are gross and when corners are cut
>What really wins you over
Again, for me, it's know where people are gross and when corners are cut
If that all makes sense?

>work bar, it's ok but late hours
>work restaurant as busser, it's ok but they want me to work 40 hours and then promote me to cook
>work restaurant as server, it's ok but I hate the pressure of whiny faggots
I literally took a $7.25 hour job on campus to avoid obnoxious experiences at restaurants.
My GPA shot up and now I'm happy. Got an internship making $25/hour and now I'm happy. I couldn't imagine working in a restaurant ever again. I pity service industry.

People not smiling.
People not giving me their undivided attention.
Female Servers not flirting with me.
Problems not fixed straight away and genuine apologies given.
Any one of these happen, NO TIP!
2 or more, I ditch and run.

Waiters and watresses lifting drinks off the serving tray by wrapping their filthy fingers around the rim. As an amerifat who spent a number of years in Korea and Japan, the customer would be fully justified in slapping them on the spot and the manager, after slapping them a second time, would fire them immediately.
After spending any time at all in asia, an american cannot tolerate service in US restaurants.
