I literally took a $7.25 hour job on campus to avoid obnoxious experiences at restaurants.

My GPA shot up and now I'm happy. Got an internship making $25/hour and now I'm happy. I couldn't imagine working in a restaurant ever again. I pity service industry.

As an amerifat who spent a number of years in Korea and Japan, the customer would be fully justified in slapping them on the spot and the manager, after slapping them a second time, would fire them immediately.

After spending any time at all in asia, an american cannot tolerate service in US restaurants.
