So, at a Christmas potluck this week, I had this amazing dish that I really want to make myself at home. The guy who brought it is some kind of european, I'm not sure where he's from (he works in a different department, so I don't really work with him). ANYWAY, the dish was made in a baking dish, and had lots of stuff in it, cheese, meat, vegetables...it was fucking awesome. It sounded like he said it was called "Bappazanni" or "Babazanni" or something like that, I'm not sure. Anyway, I know it had a couple different kinds of cheese, some kind of meat (it was red meat, maybe lamb, maybe beef, maybe goat, I'm not sure), and a bunch of vegetable and herbs, and it was sauced and had breadcrumbs on top. Anyone have any ideas????????
