How many of you have a rotisserie at home? If not what in the fuck is wrong with you!?
There is no better way to cook a chicken, that I know of.
Post recipes, and or pics.
Pic related: 5.5lb chicken rubbed with Mrs Dash chicken seasoning, spun for 1.25 hours, it is like a taste of heaven.

OP here, I own 3 smokers, and they are great, but you will not get as good of chicken off a smoker as you will a rotisserie. sry m8
I just did a leg of lamb on mine. Turned out great.

Wow, I would have thought they'd be much more expensive.
Do you cook other stuff on it besides chicken?

they come with a basket, you can do roasts, fish, anything you want really. I did a roast once, dry rubbed in mesquite, it came out unreal. I let sit in the fridge over night then I ran it across my meat slicer at paper thinness and make the best fucking roast beef ever. Doing the math I got top shelf roast beef for 1.69$ a lb.
With the basket you can do pieces that wouldn't sit on the push rods, like fish, steaks, hell you could even put hotdogs in there if you wanted.
It is a pretty versatile machine.
