What are some recipes that use tarragon in decent quantities.
Coulda sworn I could just use it poultry dishes, so I picked it up when I was picking up other herbs, but nothing I've found uses a decent amount of it
The French like to pair it with bunny rabbits.
I never have leftover tarragon as it goes well with everything. I usually put it in my scrambled eggs every morning (fines herbes). You could also freeze it in ice cubes to maintain freshness/aroma but other uses might be:
infuse vinegar/oil
make a compound butter/freeze it
bearnaise sauce is the best sauce to use on meat. (can be used from the tarragon in frozen ice cubes)

>infuse with vinegar/oil
This sounds good since its a very large amount. Whats the best way to go about doing this, especially the vinegar. I assume for the oil just keep it very low and then strain
tarragon, butter, lemon and pasta has been my lazy dish since i was 13
