Are their any homemade preservatives to add so that i don't have to consume a jar of basil mayo in 5 days before it rots?
Freezer is out of the question because frozen mayo isn't so pleasant.

you could just not make so much

No, 5days sounds aboit right, no matter what you add, you dont want to keep an emulsion including raw egg for any longer, when you start bombing it with chemicals, might as well buy it readymade and not have the hussle
>>8405567
>go through the hussle of making mayo
>not make so much

There are small blenders you know.
Ketchup & Mustard should keep.
You could go out of your way to make some delicious condiments of ages past. Mushroom ketchup is pretty easy if you follow this guy's guide. Your best preservative is to boil your condiment for a time and bottle it while hot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=29u_FejNuks

>make basil oil ahead of time
>8 egg yolks, 2 whole eggs, lemon juice, couple cloves of garlic, sherry or apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper
>emulsify with a canola/olive oil blend, adding some of your basil oil as well
