Any noncommercial stove won't put out enough BTU's to duplicate Chinese wik cooking. Best option is to purchase a turkey frying style unit without the pan ( they're really pretty cheap). It can heat it to the temperature you need. But you'll need to use recipes that take that into consideration or watch a lot of videos to see what they do.
