Guys I'm freaking out for Christmas dinner, I have white sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, green beans and mushrooms and I have no idea what the fuck to do with them. My thoughts so far are roast the sprouts with garlic and pepper, saute the green beans with garlic and lemon pepper and keep them crunchy, maybe make a dijon cream sauce and lightly cook the mushrooms in butter, and roast the sweet potatoes until crunchy. How do I make the potatoes crunchy though?? And is the mushroom shit a good idea? Any revolutionary recipes I should make out of these ingredients? Being served with lobster tails and a tenderloin wrapped in bacon btw.
ALL HELP AND ANY RESPONSES APPRECIATED, THANKS GUYS!

Cutting the sweet potatoes into strips and coating with hcornstarch will help, but it's tough to get sweet potatoes crunchy without burning them because of the high sugar content.
get some chicken brests and thighs and put them all in the oven

thanks, decided not to make them and went with some traditional mashed potatoes instead though.
Blend everything in the blender, stuff the tenderloin with the veggie paste
