If you want something fully automatic, go with a Nespresso machine. Keurig is literally motel in North Dakota-tier coffee and it's baffling that people like it.

There's actually a worse automatic one-cup machine called a Flavia. If that's all you have in your office, it'll make you long for a Keurig (but I brought in a zojirushi for myself).
