Pusser's comes from the British Virgin Islands and is available on most of them. The British Navy could elect to get paid in bottles of rum, hence the British Royal Navy flag on the bottle. It's a pretty decently accepted bottle, though I no nothing about its value.

Mount Gay is some god tier rum... from Barbados.
