Do Americans eat turkey on Christmas or is it a Monkeyland-only thing?

Turkey is for thanksgiving. Good steaks or rib roast for Christmas.

I'm making prime rib for Christmas, and have done so for the past 5 or so years. Goose or ham (for the lazy) is more traditional; never had turkey - that's a Thanksgiving thing, and people are typically still sick of it come Christmas.
