I can't stop eating pork rinds
Shit takes like 3 days from scratch. So annoying.

>1 can of El pato hot/ spicy tomato sauce
>diced onions
>cilantro
>fresh corn tortillas
First, fry the pork rinds and onions a little in a skillet. Then, pour in the tomato sauce and cook until the rinds are mostly softened. A bit of a crunch is preferable. Remove from the sauce and serve with tortillas. Garnish with cilantro.

Is frying even needed? I bake pork belly at 450 deg F or so and get an extremely crisp skin a joocy as fuck inside.
