3 yellow onions diced
6 red bell peppers diced
6 poblanos diced
2 TB minced garlic
1 bunch cilantro
8 diced tomatoes
5 lb ground Wagyu Beef
1/2 cup chocolate
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup paprika powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 garlic powder
1 cup cumin
1/8 cup lime juice
1 can crushed tomatoes
>Instructions
Add onions, bell peppers, poblanos, garlic and cilantro to a large pot.
Cook over medium heat and saute until soft.
Add Wagyu Beef and cook through.
Add chocolate, brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and stir.
Add lime juice and crushed tomatoes.
Salt and peper to taste.
Simmer until hot.

Whatever cut of wagyu you use will be better than an equivalent American/Aussie cut.

It's not real wagyu, it's certainly a US domestic crossbreed. And ground "wagyu" of that sort is common and fairly inexpensive: they raise the cows for the steak cuts that get sold to restuarants, and the remainder ends up as ground beef, commonly used in "wagyu burgers".
I'm not sure why you'd want to use it in chili though. the point of paying a premium for wagyu is its fat content. That makes perfect sense for a steak, but is actually counterproductive for chili.

Not for chili it won't. The point of wagyu is the high degree of marbling. That's desirable for a steak. It's not desirable for chili or stew.
