So when I was younger my parents had this one bottle of kikkoman extra mature soy sauce, they had it since before I was born till when I was 15.
And it was the greatest tasting soy sauce I have every experienced, it kept developing and the saltyness reduced greatly and it just tasted so much richer than the stuff I find now.
So where can I get soy sauce that tastes like its older than me for cheap?

I'm afraid you won't find real aged soy sauce for cheap. Storing the sauce for a decade in a barrel is a substantial investment and increases the price substantially.

How expensive is standard 250ml bottle?

Depends on the age and also where you live.
Bluegrass barrel aged soy sauce is 12$ for 100ml, Kamebishi 10 year old sauce is around 150$ for 180ml (but might be significantly cheaper when you buy it directly in Japan).
Speaking of, what's up with dark soy sauce? Bought a bottle accidently expecting it to be just somewhat stronger than the normal one but it seems it adds another taste? What's it used for?
Op do yourself a favour and try this. Thai soy sauce is very nice. This brand is highly respected too. Essential in Thai cooking.
They do a range of sauces.
