can i eat this every day or is that real bad, i pan fry them and drain em, so tasty and I want to mainly eat fries cause its cheap and easy and delicous. i eat meats and veg as well, but not as much as potato. dont make fun ya foodies i just like fries and just wanna make sure i wont get sick or something, i dont use much oil. thanks

well that takes care of the immediate concern
the longer-term thing is some of the maillard reaction products (which give fries' exterior sweetness and crunch) aren't exactly good for the liver
but whatever, you're probably young. eat as many as you like. your fry fixation should disappear as you discover better things
