I only eat pizza cold. When I want pizza I order it a day in advance (be sure to order it well done) so that it can sit in the fridge overnight. If you are very hungry and want to eat it same day, a couple hours in the freezer then one hour in the fridge is ok but it isn't the same.

Pickled peppers (jalapeno, banana pepper, pepperoncini etc.), anchovy, and pineapple.
Pineapple, mushroom, and olive.
Sausage, bacon, and olive.
Anchovy, salame, and olive.
Mushroom, olive, and pickled peppers.
Buffalo chicken, blue cheese or ranch dressing, and olive. A little weird, but I like it.

Honourable mention goes to tomato, gyro meat, and onions with tzatziki sauce. Wasn't sure if a change of sauce counted as a separate ingredient.
