if you don't want the whole anchovy filet on your pizza, which can be overpowering, you can add them into your sauce. just heat up some oil, add the anchovies, which will break up and turn into basically a chunky liquid, and add your sauce. They really add a nice flavor. if you dilute them in the sauce it will be more subtle. like caesar salad dressing which people are surprised has anchovies in it.
