Chicken Riggies

I've driven through Upstate NY a bunch of times going between New England and Chicago, but never thought of going out of my way for the food. The whole area kind of seems white/trailer trashy. Don't think I've seen as many mini-vans from the last century anywhere else in the country during this century.

So are you going to say what it is and what makes it so great, or just wait for other Upstate fags to show up so you can circlejerk like usual?

Well it's pretty much just a tomato-based sauce filled with spicy peppers, onions, chicken, a ton of cheese and a little heavy cream, which is then poured over rigatoni pasta.
