I have trouble falling asleep. Excessive eating could do it, but I donna go there. So, tea?

anything with strong flavors wakes me up. one thing that always works for me is frying up a little knob of chorizo, scramble in two eggs, put it on a tortilla with a little havarti and cheddar, another tortilla on top and brown each side. some of my hot sauce is awesome with it but I don't always do that. I always have coffee with it though.

food that helps me sleep? I'm not sure, I always get cravings for junk food like chili cheese fritos or hot cheetohs before bed, sometimes I eat some and pass out.
