I don't do the multiple quotes thing, but seriously, Egypt has some of the worst "cuisine" I've ever encountered; even by North African standards it's pretty bad.

My mom makes a similar Lebanese dish, usually serves it on rice, I don't like it cause tomatoes give me fuckin heart burn, can't stand tomato based dishes

Looks pretty good

I go to this Mediterranean place called Baba Ghannouj Mediterranean in Durham, NC and they have kind of similar but spinach instead of green beans in a more watery red sauce. I think it's one of the best things they have there.
