What's your favorite thing to stuff a deboned chicken with?
I made my first one last night. I just followed that Pepin video step by step and stuffed it with spinach, bread, and mozzarella. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, but I know there's a better combo out there.
apple and brie

That sounds interesting. I've never been a fan of cooked apples myself though

I found that video pretty difficult to follow, how long did it take you to debone the whole chicken and was it your first ever try deboning chicken?
I ended up with a mangled chicken corpse full of half bones and yes I am a failure at life
Stuff a deboned chicken with a boned chicken and watch everyone freak the fuck out.

It took me probably 20 minutes, maybe more, but I watched it a few times in the past. I also had my wife pausing it, so i didn't have to stop to wash my hands.
It was my first try. My chicken isn't the one in OP, but it looks similar only with all the leg and wing bones removed.
I'd recommend sharpening your pairing knife and if you have someone to help you pause and rewind while you work, it'll come out a lot better.

bone it.

Stuff it in a bag and marinate it, vacuum seal, and sell it

Yeah I was going by memory cause I tried it at work and I can't be standing around watching youtube and pausing/rewinding

I have plenty of money already. I cook for fun and to have nice meals at home

Yeah, that'll do it. After my next couple attempts I'll probably know it by memory. I'm planning to make a couple of them the few days before Christmas for a family party. That's why I want some more stuffing ideas for variety.
I've read mushrooms and rice is good. I think that'll be my next attempt.
