The easiest way is to simply blend what ever flavor of ice cream in a blender with a little milk

You could also use vanilla ice cream and flavor it with Hershey syrup

Or you could use real fruit or chocolate

Ice cream + milk + shake mixer (important)

you can beat it up with a spoon. but what you really want is to get some orieos, mnms, vanilla ice cream, choclate syrup, chopped nuts and a tall cup and make a fucking parfa man.

Use fucking vanilla ice cream and choc syrup if you make a chocolate shake. Never use chocolate ice cream.
