Anything you want spicy. This isn't rocket surgery.

Nah, it should be food he also wants vinegary.
Hijacking OP's thread because it's shit. What is your favourite hotsauce /ck/ and what do you enjoy eating it on the most?
Here in Australia we don't have as many hotsauces as you do in the states. It's mostly just Tobasco and Sriracha but I've also tried Frank's and Cholula which are both p good too. I really want to try the Louisiana hotsauce. Love me some fried chicken.

On my pizza or bacon sandwich

>eating it makes me sick
>made enough for 3 meals
>still eating it because im not going to throw away good food just because im a moron

Christ, man! You've got a climate there and land where you should grow your own and ferment them with a 2.5% brine. You're coming into summer now, get your shit together, and start the old digaroo! I know you guys aren't owned quite as badly by the corporations as we are in the states.

The Tabasco was too spicy? I can see going over board with vinegar but I don't remember it being that hot

I grow Jalapenos, Habaneros and Thai Bird's Eyes and occasionally make sauces but still enjoy commercial hotsauces.
