usually a burger, and sometimes half a pizza if im hungry
If it's on the menu, I'm having it.

Nasty Irish bar down the road sells saganaki made with cheddar, it's just not right.

Every single time I go to a restaurant I order this. I just... I just can't get sick of it.
>>8351332

Fried pickles or zucchini are a close second to me.

There's a chain around here that serves deep fried jalapeno rings and calls them "bottle caps". Don't know if that's common but they're god damn amazing. Worth the heartburn afterwards.

Nice. You're almost tempting me to let my girlfriend drag me to Olive Garden she fucking loves that garbage.
>Just fried calamari and your biggest glass of the cheapest beer you have on draft please
>Fried calamari
>Prawn cocktail
>Beef carpaccio
>Chicken livers
The calamari with a good dipping sauce is king, however.

That looks uncooked. Doesn't cooked salmon turn white?
>>8352431
It is uncooked, it has just been smoked.
can't go wrong with some 'zarella sticks
>>8352442
Smoking just imparts a smoked flavor but doesn't cook it?
Nachos, with a variety of condiments and toppings.
>>8351608
These are terrific but I get sick of them pretty quickly
>>8352451
You can do them simultaneously on a grill/bbq smoker or separately, my friend.
>>8351947
>As opposed to steamed calamari? Excellent choice, sir.
>>8352451
Yeah, that's cold smoked salmon, so it's basically raw with a smoked flavour. It's great.
>>8352732
>raw with a smoked flavour
You're forgetting an important point. True, it's not cooked with heat, but it is fully cured with a heavy salt rub, and sometimes a sprinkling of aquavit or other alcohol before smoking.
>>8352806
Oh yeah, good point.
>>8351332
I like Saganaki because it sounds Japanese, but is actually Greek. Also, they set it on fire in front of you.
>>8354796
It's also an anagram for Nagasaki. Coincidence?
Salt and pepper squid is clearly the superior entrée.

Its not even truly Greek, this was invented in Chicago's Greektown neighborhood. Call it an American invention.
