Has anyone ever tried to make something like this (without the roof, duh) from raw potatoes or fries?
Or something else.
I had the idea for a while - theoretically, it should bake faster due to free airflow. But I know they can get soft and crumble if the process isn't fast enough.
Any ideas?

Do you have a job? If so, what is it?

just use skewers or toothpicks to hold it up, serving as natural connectors
looks good man, im sure you'll get a nice rustic taste
My other idea was - maybe deep-fry the sticks, that will make them hard, and THEN put them in the oven, in the form of a structure I described, maybe with some cheese etc.

maybe you can make crispy fries first, then stack them, connect with skewers as needed
then let them dismantle the home for fun, have like a wrecking meatball and hash brown debris

That.. actually is not a bad idea, bro. My 2yo kid loves fries - off course, I never serve them to him more often than a small plate on the weekend, but he does like to play with crane and hook toys I bought him... That might be awsome. :)
