I know how much sodium ramen already has, but I find myself doing this. But it's Garlic Salt.

I add Garlic Salt, Sricha, and then either Jalapenos or Banana peppers (or both).

I drink enough water through the day though, so I don't think the extra salt hurts me that much. I literally refill my water bottle constantly through the day.
