ahh i remember him, i spoke with him occaisonally on BB.com forum many years ago when i was skelly mode (he had anorexia at the time)
looks like he is a binge eater now, huh?
the most i ate and didnt throw up was 10k calories in a day
i have bulimia though so if that ever happens it ends up back in the toilet.
i binge often still, but i am slowly reducing it.
i used to eat very small amounts and run constantly when i was underweight. thats how this mess started.

There's this place that has a barbecue platter. Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and a roll.

There have been several weekends after a long, stressful work week where I binge.

>bacon, eggs, sausage, home fries for breakfast

>large hook 'n ladder at firehouse subs between lunch and dinner
>large, thin crust pepperoni pizza and hot wings for dinner
>pint of whiskey

I've been sober for a year, and the most binging I do these days is eat a pizza to myself on Friday night.

The most I ate in one days was 5000cals and I thought that was a lot.

I stopped the purging though, now I just force myself to eat small portions again. I was underweight then I gained a few pounds from the binging, now I'm back to restricting mode.

yeah, its a lot of food when it goes into those numbers.
good for you for stopping, its a dreadful act.
thats what i am trying to move towards also, want to get underweight again ideally, and so the cycle continues

Yeah, I was in deep depression when I was purging.

Now that I'm restricting again I feel alright. I stopped taking antidepressants too since they didn't help for shit.

It's weird but I love being anorexic, maybe it's all the control over yourself that it gives you.
